We produce 2 kinds of products: Steel Tracked Undercarriage and Rubber Tracked Undercarriage,the load capacity of the steel tracked undercarriage is from 0.5 tons to 120tons, and the rubber tracked undercarriage's is 1 ton to 10 tons.
According to the different work requires of host equipment, such as the width of the track shoe, the total length/width of the undercarriage, we can make flexible special design and manufacture of them according to the needs of customs.
1.Different Final Drive:Hydraulic Motors or Electric Motors can beaccording to customers'needs.
2.Intermediate beam can be connected to the two sides frameby all welding or bolt.
3.The rollers and idlers are sealed with floating oil, no need to add extra lubricating oil during long-term work.
3.Butter tensioning cylinders and shock-absorbing springs make tracks adjustment easier
4.Track chain guard are optional.
5High-strength alloy steel track shoes/wear resistant rubber tracks can bear external impact better and are more durable.
